Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to jointhe Neonatal Team at the Princess Royal University Hospital. The post holder will work as an integral member of the Local Neonatal Unit. They will form part of the team to deliver quality services particularly pertaining to infection control, audit and non-clinical patient services.
The post holder will be required to work closely with ward staff, matron, contractors and support services. They will monitor quality standards and arrange for deficiencies to be rectified.
You must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed to monitoring quality standards. Being able to demonstrate excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. You should have proven time-management and organisational skills as you will need to manage your time effectively across two clinical areas.
