An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join the Neonatal Team at the Princess Royal University Hospital. The post holder will work as an integral member of the Local Neonatal Unit. They will form part of the team to deliver quality services, particularly pertaining to infection control, audit, and non-clinical patient services.
The post holder will be required to work closely with ward staff, the matron, contractors, and support services. They will monitor quality standards and arrange for deficiencies to be rectified.
You must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to monitoring quality standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You should have proven time-management and organisational skills, as you will need to manage your time effectively across two clinical areas.

The post holder has a general duty of care for their own health, safety, and well-being, as well as that of colleagues, visitors, and patients within the hospital. They are also responsible for risk management and clinical governance related to this role.
