Job summary
We are seeking a part time dedicated NMC registered nurse in the Humber & North Yorkshire area to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care and administering a range of medications. This role needs a compassionate individual who has excellent communication skills and is committed to putting the patient first.

Your role
As more and more patients are treated outside a traditional hospital setting, the role of the home care Nurse is developing. We work in a variety of environments such as clinics to residential accommodation and patients' own homes. We are able to treat individuals at school or even in a work environment. Our nurses help the NHS meet the needs of elderly, disabled or vulnerable patients who may not be able to easily visit the hospital. We are able to help support our patients to become more independent in the management of their treatment and to make the whole treatment journey more convenient.
You will need to be kind, compassionate and caring with a desire to provide excellent patient experience and safe and effective care.
