Who we are?

Our Nurse team is made up of specifically trained homecare professionals capable of supporting both straightforward and complex end-to-end therapies in a patient-focused and quality-driven manner.

Our vision is to be seen as the first choice for patient-centered homecare. To realize this vision, we work closely with the NHS and Pharmaceutical Companies to provide services such as medication delivery, nursing services, and patient support programs, allowing patients to undertake treatment at home with the same standards as in a hospital or clinical environment.

Why us?

We believe our people, aligned with a clear focus, are key to delivering our vision. We emphasize training programs to empower our Clinical Nurse Team to work confidently in the community, supported by a business support network and a culture of patient-centered care. We are committed to continuous professional development and investing in our colleagues’ career growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be part of an innovative team committed to delivering safe, high-quality nursing services in the home, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Assist in providing Patient Support Programs and support the development, implementation, and delivery of Clinical Services within the community.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, achieving KPIs and business requirements for Patient Support Programs.

Additional responsibilities include providing excellent patient care, teaching patients/carers, participating in clinical governance, maintaining accurate records, adhering to professional standards, supporting team development, and ensuring safety and quality in all aspects of care.

Clinical Services Responsibilities (if applicable):

  • Support NHS clinics to enhance their services by providing additional resources for seamless transition to Homecare.
  • Attend clinics regularly, assist in introducing patients to Homecare, administer medication, and support patient training and administrative tasks.
