Main Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Teach patients, carers, or family members to self-administer therapy or administer therapies according to protocols in their homes
• Participate in telephone, virtual, and home visits as part of Patient Support Programmes
• Support seamless service delivery between hospital and home for patients and healthcare professionals
• Maintain high standards of service for all customers and patients
• Travel across regions as required

Experience and Skills

You should be a registered nurse with a passion for delivering top-quality patient care.

Essential Skills

• Registered Nurse on NMC register
• Experience with subcutaneous injections
• Computer literacy

Desirable Skills

• Five years post-registration experience
• Previous homecare experience
• Cannulation and venepuncture experience
• Experience in administering IV therapies
