A healthcare organization in Middlesbrough is seeking experienced Clinical Health Care Assistants for its Extended Access service. The role involves providing clinical care such as phlebotomy, monitoring blood pressure, and wound management. Due to organisational growth, ELM Alliance has vacancies for experienced Clinical Health Care Assistants to work in our Extended Access service on evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Applicants with experience solely in domiciliary care or care homes are unlikely to be suitable unless they have prior primary care experience and relevant skills.

The Healthcare Assistant will collaborate closely with the ELM Service team, management, and external partners to deliver services effectively, timely, and within budget.
The South Tees area includes 46 practices serving approximately 290,000 residents, including some of the most deprived regions, with high emergency and hospital admission rates.
