• Typing letters and ensuring documentation (discharge summaries, operation notes, reports, theatre lists, clinic letters) is produced to a high standard.
• Ensure information is secure and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
• Provide excellent customer care for distressed and anxious patients and relatives.
