All applicant must be fully registered with the General Medical Council and hold a valid license to practice.
This fellowship provides an opportunity to develop clinical competencies in community hospital medicine, managing step-down patients following an acute admission. The role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT), ensuring safe discharge planning, and providing day-to-day medical cover with appropriate escalation to the responsible doctor
