We have a Clinical Fellow position at ST level, available immediately for a duration of 4.5 months. The hospital offers a broad spectrum of secondary acute care services with a strong academic and research foundation.
You will join a large team of junior doctors in the stroke medicine department. Please note, these posts are not approved for training by NES, but will be supported by an enthusiastic team of consultants and an education faculty. All candidates will be assigned an educational supervisor and may apply for funding to access an e-portfolio for recording clinical experience and skills.
To practice medicine in the UK, candidates must hold full GMC registration and a Licence to Practice.
Opportunities may also exist to work in departments such as General Medicine, Neurology, or Medicine for the Elderly, depending on your interests.

Applicants without UK foundation programme experience within 3.5 years of the start date will need to submit a Certificate of Readiness to Enter Specialty Training (CREST), completed by a qualified consultant.
