Job summary

Qualifications

• FRCS or equivalents required for the post.
• GMC registration and licence to practise required.
• Post-graduate thesis or equivalent research experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in colorectal and peritoneal malignancy surgery and participation in wards rounds, theatre and outpatient sessions.
• Inputting outcome data into colorectal and peritoneal malignancy databases.
• Using data to submit abstracts and papers to national and international meetings and journals.
• Support in organising and running courses and teaching sessions, and collaboration with Pelican and other fellows.
