A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Clinical Fellow to join their team in East Midlands. The successful candidate will engage in endoscopy and outpatient services, contributing to the management of clinical governance and best practices. Candidates must have full GMC registration and relevant experience in endoscopy. This role offers a structured job plan and opportunities for professional development in a supportive environment.
The job plan will be subject to annual review, with revisions sought by mutual agreement. It is expected that the successful candidate will work with the CMG management team to ensure services are delivered efficiently and reflect best practices with processes and governance to match. This may require new and flexible ways of working in the future.
Total Programmed Activities: 10
Lunchtime meetings include X-rays, endoscopy journal club, junior doctor DDC educational meetings, and morbidity and mortality.
The post holder will not be expected to cover evenings, nights, weekends, or bank holidays on calls/duties. However, they will be expected to run 2 endoscopy sessions on a weekend list at a 1 in 4 frequency.
