Job description

Clinical Fellow in Anaesthesia and/or Intensive Care

The following rotation options are available:

• Anaesthesia and ICM fellowship: Time split between specialties expected as 50:50.
• Trauma fellowship: Includes experience in a busy trauma ICU, working with the trauma team in ED and trauma theatres. Regional anaesthesia is widely practiced.

ICM-only fellowship (applications from non-anaesthetists welcomed): One day per week will be dedicated to professional development. Opportunities include contributions to research, audit, QI, service development, teaching, and simulation. One post is badged to the STAR research group.

During the ICM posts, candidates who have undertaken FICE or FUSIC courses can be supported to complete the requirements for FUSIC Module completion, e.g., heart. All activities will be clinically supervised by a consultant. Please contact us for more information and see the full job description.
