Job summary
Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Fellow Higher (ST3-5) in Chemical Pathology to commence as soon as possible for a period of 12 months.
The duties include participation in the Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory's services, including the Clinical Biochemistry duty doctor rota during routine hours, and providing clinical support to the Obesity Clinic, Diabetes Clinic, and Lipid Clinic. The Fellow will also support the Laboratory Specialist Insulin Services.
Please note that these posts do not carry Postgraduate Dean's approval or training recognition. Full GMC registration and a Licence to Practice are required at the time of application.
The applicant must demonstrate skills in listening, reading, writing, and speaking in English, as per GMC's Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must have IELTS/OET before obtaining a GMC licence.
