We are seeking a motivated individual to inspire and deliver high-quality, evidence-based falls prevention exercise classes to older adults. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in promoting falls prevention and encouraging behaviour change related to physical activity. This fixed-term role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact.
Please note: For this role, you must be able to travel independently around the county, meeting strict deadlines. You need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have access to a vehicle. Public transport is not suitable for this role due to reliability issues. Please confirm in your application that you meet these criteria.
The post holder will work closely with the Senior Clinical Exercise Specialist to monitor and support the delivery of evidence-based strength and balance exercise programmes for falls prevention across health, statutory, and voluntary organisations within Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
They will assist in providing high-standard falls prevention exercise training for both exercise and healthcare professionals, acting as a source of expertise, support, and advice for staff delivering these programmes.
