Job summary

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to improve functional outcomes and quality of life.

Your role involves customizing programs, assessing patient history, coaching progress, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or related field required.
• ACSM EP-C or CEP certification and CPR/BLS required.
• Experience cannot substitute for education or certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with medical professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Customizes exercise programs and monitors safety and effectiveness.
• Assesses patients by reviewing records/history to select proper program.
• Consults with patients to determine goals and track progress.
• Demonstrates exercises to ensure proper form and safety.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
