University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Clinical Effectiveness Facilitator to support the clinical effectiveness portfolio across mortality review, NICE guidelines and clinical documents. Based at the Coventry hospital, the role involves analysing mortality data, coordinating with clinicians, and ensuring guidelines are implemented with appropriate governance checks.

Strong IT skills and excellent communication are essential, with flexible working to align

Qualifications

Must be graduate calibre with data handling experience.
Proven ability to review and analyse mortality data.
Liaise with healthcare professionals and NHS colleagues.
Experience with NICE guidance is desirable.
Highly organized with ability to manage workload.

Responsibilities

Provide support and education on mortality data interpretation.
Develop reports and action plans; monitor performance in clinical effectiveness.
Assist in promotion, development, and publication of clinical guidelines.
Promote mortality data review and timely information across the Trust.
Facilitate NICE guidance implementation with baseline assessments.
Coordinate ongoing training for healthcare professionals in the portfolio.
Create Standard Operating Procedures for the area.
