SRG is working with a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering and delivering innovative medicines to address serious health issues and future medical challenges.

The company operates across several therapeutic areas: immunology, oncology, neuroscience, eye care, virology, women’s health, and gastroenterology, aiming to make a significant impact on people's lives.

This role for a Clinical Educator is within the Neuroscience franchise. The successful candidate will deliver product educational services to healthcare professionals (HCPs) within the multidisciplinary team. The focus will be on increasing their knowledge, clinical understanding, and advocacy of the company’s products, specifically in spasticity management. The ideal candidate is an experienced physiotherapist.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing patient care in Spasticity by supporting HCPs in patient assessment and appropriate use of products.
  • Providing ongoing clinical and educational support to ensure positive HCP experiences with the company's products.
  • Building strong relationships and advocacy with HCPs nationally and within key accounts.
  • Being recognized as a valued resource through quality education and support.
  • Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of the specialty, disease areas, products, and market landscape.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize target accounts across the national scope.
  • Sharing insights and best practices to inform account plans and proactively identify opportunities to add value.
  • Monitoring and reviewing actions within the account plans.
  • Training colleagues by sharing experiences, expertise, ideas, and techniques.
  • Operating ethically and representing the company positively at all times.

Qualifications required:

Qualified Physiotherapist registered with NMC or HCPC.

Experience required:

Proven clinical experience in Spasticity or Neurology, including:

  • Experience working within cross-functional teams and influencing relationships.
  • Experience presenting at clinical meetings at various levels.
  • Knowledge of NHS policies, protocols, and environment affecting HCPs.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Understanding of NHS policies and environment.
  • Knowledge in Neurology or neuro-rehabilitation, especially Spasticity, including product, therapeutic, competitive, and scientific aspects.
  • Experience with injections for spasticity management and ultrasound muscle localisation is needed.
  • Proficiency in business tools and virtual engagement platforms.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
