The Clinical Educator (Pharmacy) is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating a high-quality Pharmacy education curriculum that supports the development of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Assistants. This role plays a key part in multidisciplinary programmes such as pre-registration training and Preceptorship, ensuring alignment with professional standards and organisational goals.
As a Clinical Educator - Pharmacy you will:
Lead the design and delivery of Pharmacy education programmes, plus oversight of pharmacy apprenticeships and practice-based learning.
Provide learner support and programme supervision to ensure successful outcomes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert in Pharmacy education, representing the Learning Foundation at events and meetings.
Ensure quality assurance through evaluation, peer review, and alignment with regulatory standards.
Support the development of career frameworks and CPD pathways for Pharmacy professionals.
Champion the Learning Foundation’s values, promoting innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
To succeed as a Clinical Educator – Pharmacy, we are looking for:
Qualified Pharmacy professional with current clinical knowledge.
Proven experience in education design and delivery within healthcare.
Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
Proficiency in digital learning tools and blended learning methodologies.
