St Margaret's Hospice Care is seeking a Clinical Educator to enhance education and learning across the hospice. In this permanent role, you will be pivotal in building a skilled workforce through innovative training and support for clinical staff, ensuring high-quality end-of-life care in Somerset. St Margarets Hospice Care has a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Educator to join our Education and Learning team.
You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of£29,770.72 per annumfor 28 hours per week (based on a full-time salary of £39,340).
This role is based at our Taunton Hospice.
Working across the whole hospice, you will take the lead in clinical skills education and all other areas of clinical learning. You will play a vital role in:

Job Purpose
The education and learning team area small team passionate about learning and building and delivering a highquality and innovative learning offer.
Workingacross the whole hospice, this 4 day per week role will take the lead in clinicalskills education and all other areas of clinical learning. The role will beexpected to represent St Margaret's on key working groups as well as leadprojects when necessary.

Working within the Educationand Learning team, the post holder will work collaboratively with keystakeholders and external partners to contribute to building a highly skilledworkforce and advocating for the best end of life care in Somerset.
Building a skilled workforce
The post holder will support all grades and discipline ofclinical staff to achieve professional objectives in order to bridge the gapfrom theory to practice through the development, implementation andmonitoring of training and development needs of an integrated clinical team.The post holder will also work across the hospice to support organisationalpriorities.
