About The Role

We're Hiring Clinical Educators!

Are you a passionate Registered Healthcare Professional with an active NMC, GPhC, or HCPC registration?
Do you have experience delivering training and a desire to help others grow? If so, we want you to join our growing Academy!

About the Role:

As a Clinical Educator, you’ll deliver a variety of clinically based training programs, including:

  • Statutory & Mandatory Training (e.g., Basic Life Support, Conflict Management, Manual Handling, Health & Safety, BLS)
  • Healthcare Support Worker Development Programme (HCSWD Care Certificate)
  • Preparation programmes for international nurses and midwives to achieve NMC registration
  • Commercial educational courses

This is afield-basedrole, requiring travel within your region to deliver training at NHSP hubs, NHS Trust sites, and other external venues. You’ll also be responsible for transporting training equipment as needed.

Key Details:

Hours:37.5 Monday-FridayLocation:Southampton- Regional travel required (this is NOT a hub-based role)
Schedule:Deliver training 4 days a week
Experience:Previous training delivery experience is essential
