A healthcare organization is seeking experienced Clinical Education Practitioners to deliver education programs for the ambulance workforce in Liverpool. The role involves training, assessment, and supporting educational activities aimed at improving care in emergency settings. Ideal candidates must have relevant educator qualifications and experience in training delivery. Flexible working and travel may be required for this position.
We are looking to appoint experienced healthcare educators who can deliver clinical education programmes for the patient facing ambulance workforce. Clinical Education Practitioners deliver programmes including EMT1 Apprenticeships (Level 4 Diploma), Paramedic clinical inductions and PTS clinical inductions. The role also supports wider trust education activities.
We are looking for self-motivated, energetic, accomplished healthcare educators who hold relevant educator/assessor qualifications and experience of developing the healthcare workforce. Candidates will have proven experience in training delivery and assessment in a healthcare field, which can translate into ambulance education practice.
Ideal candidates will have experience of working in emergency/urgent care and can demonstrate a strong patient care focus. Candidates should understand the education requirements of RQF Level 4 and knowledge of Ofsted's EIF and how this informs excellence in teaching practice, would be an advantage.
We welcome applications from paramedics, EMTs as well as nursing and AHP educators.
We are looking for a dynamic clinical education practitioner who can deliver a high standard of both emergency / urgent care practice and clinical induction training to our patient facing workforce.
We have three training sites within our region and while the role will primarily be based in CAM and the Liverpool area, there will be some travel expected as part of the role.

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24 hour, 365 days a year accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport.
Our highly skilled staff provide life-saving care to patients in the community and take people to hospital or a place of care if needed.We also provide non-emergency patient transport services for those patients who require non-emergency transport to and from hospital and who are unable to travel unaided because of their medical condition or clinical need.
Alongside the other emergency services, we also work to ensure the safety of the public and treatment of patients in the event of a major incident.
We also deliver the NHS 111 service in the North West. NHS 111 replaced NHS Direct in 2013. This service was introduced to make it easier for people to access local NHS healthcare services in England. It provides non-emergency medical help fast, and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
