Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

  • Degree Level Education or equivalent experience gained through work.
  • Registered Paramedic (HCPC) or Nurse (NMC).
  • Full manual driving licence for 3+ years with category C1 entitlement.
  • IHCD, L3 CERAD, or other emergency driving qualification recognised by IMAS.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training or above (e.g. PGCE). If not held, must commit to completing within 24 months of appointment, and must hold L3 Award in Education and Training (L3 AET) as a minimum at appointment.
  • L3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (L3 CAVA).
  • L4 Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualification. If not held, must commit to completing within 24 months of appointment.
