The CA KAM - Clinical Education and Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the development, delivery, and innovation of impactful local clinical education programs while overseeing key clinical projects from initiation to completion. Acting as the primary local clinical point of contact, this role ensures strategic alignment with regional, enterprise, and global objectives through a unique combination of educational leadership, project management expertise, and strategic partnership development.
With a focus on training excellence, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, and educational innovation, the Clinical Education and Project Manager collaborates closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners including academic institutions, dental service organizations, and healthcare networks to ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence and educational impact.
By empowering healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver outstanding patient care, this role also contributes critical clinical insights that shape enterprise solutions, strengthen strategic collaborations, and inform global clinical strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Education and Training
- Design, implement, and continuously improve local educational programs, including workshops, webinars, hands-on trainings, e-learning, and certification initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with global clinical education standards.
- Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), speakers, and subject matter experts to deliver engaging, high-quality clinical education.
- Translate complex clinical and scientific content into clear, practical learning for healthcare professionals.
- Integrate innovative technologies and learning formats (digital platforms, blended learning, simulations) to meet evolving learner needs.
- Onboarding of new strategic clinicians/accounts.
Clinical Project Management
- Plan, execute, and oversee local clinical projects, such as product evaluations, clinical studies, investigator-initiated research, and evidence-generation activities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with clinical, R&D, marketing, regulatory, and sales teams to drive project success.
- Oversee development and review of clinical materials, protocols, reports, and educational content.
- Monitor project performance, anticipate risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
Strategic Clinical Partnerships
- Identify, initiate, and manage strategic clinical partnerships with dental service organizations (DSOs), universities, institutions, and training providers.
- Develop partnership frameworks and governance models to ensure alignment with enterprise solutions and maximize long-term impact.
- Collaborate closely with regional and enterprise-level teams to ensure local initiatives align with broader business and clinical strategies.
- Support the engagement, onboarding, and management of KOLs and speakers, ensuring consistent scientific messaging and clinical integrity.
- Represent the local market in regional and global strategic discussions, providing clinical insights to shape future education, product, and partnership directions.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report on educational outcomes, project performance, and partnership success.
- Gather local market feedback and apply data-driven insights to continuously enhance clinical initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities and challenges in clinical education, market execution, and strategic alignment.
Education/Experience required
- Dental degree educated.
- GDC registration as a dental professional would be an advantage.
- Significant experience in a commercial environment (5 years +).
