Job summary

Kin Vet Community is seeking a Clinical Director for Garden Vets at Keele on the Keele University campus in Staffordshire. You will lead clinical governance, teaching integration with Harper & Keele Vet School, and the development of a growing, subscription-enabled practice.

You’ll shape the health plan, drive engagement with students, graduates and clinicians, and oversee clinical operations with a focus on sustainable, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RCVS-registered small-animal vet with leadership potential.
• Enthusiastic about teaching students, graduates or peers.
• Comfortable with numbers and commercially minded while prioritising welfare.
• Ambitious for the practice and proactive in driving change.
• Experience in clinical governance or leadership roles is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical governance, audits and protocols in a teaching hospital.
• Line manage and mentor the veterinary team, supporting ongoing CPD.
• Collaborate with hospital director to drive operational performance and student teaching integration.
