Purovets is seeking a Clinical Director to lead a well-established small animal practice in York, North Yorkshire. You will oversee three sites, drive clinical standards, and shape the future growth while supporting a talented team.

The role offers a salary of £65,000–£85,000+ DOE, joining bonus, relocation support and flexible working; prior leadership experience is not essential as full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in a veterinary setting or readiness to progress from Senior Vet Surgeon to Clinical Director.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and staff.
• Commitment to high clinical standards and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical, operational and people-focused direction of the practice across three sites.
• Maintain high clinical standards and outstanding patient and client care.
