Job summary

WhatsApp Inc. is seeking a confident Clinical Director to lead the clinical, operational and people-focused direction across three veterinary sites in York.

You will work with an established senior leadership team to maintain high clinical standards and excellent patient and client care while driving strategic growth and staff development. The successful candidate will mentor teams, shape the practice culture and partner with the Practice Manager and business leads.

The Clinical Director will lead the clinical, operational and people-focused direction of the practice, working alongside an established senior leadership team. The practice is known for its high standards of veterinary care, welcoming family feel and collaborative culture, where team wellbeing and professional development are priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating and developing veterinary surgeons and Team Leaders across three sites.
• Maintaining excellent clinical standards and outstanding patient and client care.
• Mentoring colleagues and supporting their professional development.
• Contributing to the strategic direction, growth and financial performance of the practice.
• Working closely with the Practice Manager, Business Development Director and wider support teams.

The successful candidate will have the autonomy to make an impact, backed by experienced leadership and dedicated support teams.
