A leading healthcare provider in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Clinical Director to provide strategic direction and leadership in clinical management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, timely patient care while managing departmental performance and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates with strong leadership skills and experience in Clinical Governance are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will provide clinical management leadership and set strategic direction within the directorate, in line with the Care Group's strategy, ensuring that high quality and timely care of patients remains the highest priority. The Clinical Director will work as part of a multidisciplinary directorate leadership team with responsibility for Clinical Governance within the Department and will contribute strategically as a member of the Trust's senior management.
