About Us

Rooted in the heart of Aberlour, Speyside Vets is deeply woven into the fabric of the farming community, serving the farming hub for over 80 years. Our Aberlour site is a bustling center for farm work and equine services, proudly serving pedigree and commercial herds alongside a network of smallholders, with approximately 70% beef and 30% sheep.


The Role
  1. Lead and manage a dynamic team of proactive farm vets
  2. Be the trusted clinical advisor to large-scale farms
  3. Perform a high volume of farm animal surgeries, including routine and emergency procedures such as C-sections in cattle and sheep
  4. Drive herd and flock health planning, disease prevention, and productivity
  5. Support work during peak calving/lambing seasons and at pedigree bull sales, including fertility testing
  6. Contribute to shaping the future of the practice alongside a supportive area director and management team
  7. Enjoy protected management time built into your schedule
