Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical excellence across our specialist complex care services. You will shape care delivery, drive governance, and partner with Operations, Quality, Training and Business Development to ensure safe, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current unrestricted NMC registration.
• Significant senior clinical leadership experience in complex care.
• Strong knowledge of community settings and CQC regulation.
• Proven governance, risk management and quality improvement track record.
• Experience as a Nominated Individual or Responsible Individual or equivalent.
