Clinical Director – Suffolk

  • Lead and shape a long-established, RCVS accredited practice across three well-equipped sites, with modern facilities and a fantastic, collaborative team

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director to lead a long-established, RCVS accredited practice in Bury St Edmunds! This is a chance to help shape and grow the practice, working positively and proactively with a fantastic, dedicated team across three well-equipped sites in beautiful locations. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on both clinical standards and team development.

The practice boasts modern facilities, regular clinical and branch meetings, and an open culture where every team member is encouraged to bring forward ideas to enhance clinical practice and the working environment. Whether it’s supporting certificate study, developing specific interests, or implementing progressive clinical initiatives, you will have the autonomy to lead and inspire a skilled and passionate team. The close-knit group of vets, nurses, and support staff work seamlessly together to ensure exceptional patient care and a smooth running practice.

The Rota:

  • Full time position
  • 4 days per week
  • Some weekday evenings & weekends (Friday off the week after a weekend worked)
  • 1 in 10-12 weekends OOH
