We are seeking a consultant psychiatrist, ideally with CCT in Forensic Psychiatry and experience leading teams.
The candidate should be highly interested in quality improvement, embedding quality management systems, and implementing timely and efficient improvements. A focus on fostering psychological safety within the team, innovation, and maintaining high standards of quality is essential.
