Were seeking an outstanding, experienced clinical leader to join our team as Clinical Director, to implement our strategic objectives for our services for patients within our Birmingham Division. The role presents an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established team of dedicated professionals.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a highly respected, consistent, and inspirational leader who fully embodies our Charity's CARE values. You will have a strong record of clinical achievement and a background in relevant approaches. We expect a commitment to excellent patient care, with experience in service development and quality improvement, alongside strong change management and strategy development skills.

We are seeking a consultant psychiatrist, ideally with CCT in Forensic Psychiatry and experience leading teams.

The candidate should be highly interested in quality improvement, embedding quality management systems, and implementing timely and efficient improvements. A focus on fostering psychological safety within the team, innovation, and maintaining high standards of quality is essential.
