Job Title: Clinical Director

Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum (D.O.E)

Location: The Barn Animal Practice, Basingstoke

Job Type: Permanent. Full-time

Hours: 40 hours per week, 4-day week with a 1 in 4 Saturdays, and no OOH

Role & Responsibilities

As Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the practices and will work to drive forward clinical services, commercial performance, and team development. You will have a passion for delivering the best possible service and outcomes for patients, clients, and associates.

You will help shape your business's team, leading by example via excellent communication skills, ensuring smooth working relationships between your teams, central support and other group practices. You will ensure that excellent quality improvement and education, as well as Associate fulfilment and engagement, are an integral part of your practice outputs, alongside a culture of being committed to excellence in all that is done.

We are keen to support specific interests, especially if you are working towards or currently hold a certificate relevant to small animal primary care practice.
