  • The role is permanent and full time 37 hours.

Your future, your role

As a Clinical Digital Experience Manager, you’ll be:

  • Delivering business benefit by managing a portfolio of digital healthcare products and supporting their use in practice to improve patient and clinical pathways.
  • Managing medical technologies including: Xray AI, Lab Software, CBCT, OPG, CEPH, Microscopes
  • Structuring, planning and sequencing technical projects in line with business objectives and strategic pillars
  • Developing clinical workflows and delivering clinician training to proliferate the workflows across the business
  • Maintaining and developing relevant business cases for Clinical Digital projects

You will need:

  • Hardware product management experience, ideally in healthcare, retail or other multi-site organizations
  • Demonstrable experience of managing budgets and planning, monitoring and reporting on project progress
  • Previous experience in the dental industry, particularly labs or dental supply chain, preferred but not essential
  • Customer service oriented, with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence, negotiate and manage potential conflict effectively
