Your future, as a Hygienist/Therapist Clinical Development Advisor at mydentist

You'll be joining our Clinical team in the North East region.

• The role is employed 12 month FTC
• 1 day per week - preferably a Tuesday or Wednesday
• Some travel throughout the region is required so a driving licence and vehicle is essential
• Joining a supportive team

Your future, your role

As a Hygienist/Therapist Clinical Development Advisor, you'll be:

• Advising and supporting new and existing hygienists and therapists with ways of working and working with the wider practice team
• Creating and supporting peer review groups in the area to support development, sharing of best practice, encourage communication and networking amongst hygienists and therapists
• Coaching hygienists and therapists on achieving optimal diary productivity to maximise clinical efficiency and personal earnings
• Supporting the maintenance of high clinical standards and governance as we deliver outstanding patient care
• Ensuring there is appropriate awareness of GDC Standards, NHS regulations and company policies

You will need:

• To be a GDC Registered hygienist or therapist with significant experience in general practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use technology to deliver the role in a hybrid capacity
• Proven ability to take responsibility for keeping skills and knowledge up to date
• Driving licence and vehicle
