Location: New Nursing & Dementia Home, Westgate-on-Sea, Kent | Salary: £50k per annum | Start Date: ASAP

We're now looking for a passionate and proactive Clinical Deputy Manager to support the commissioning Home Manager in the opening of our brand-new, 70-bed, purpose-built care home in Westgate-on-Sea. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the home\'s culture and contribute to establishing exceptional care standards from the ground up.

What we\'re looking for
  • Active NMC pin - Registered Nurse (RGN)
  • Strong experience in a care home leadership role
  • Solid knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
  • A passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality care
  • Previous involvement in new service openings (ideal, not essential)
What you\'ll be doing
  • Supporting the Commissioning Home Manager through all phases of the home\'s launch
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and development of the care team
  • Leading by example in delivering outstanding care and ensuring compliance
  • Helping create a safe, warm, and inclusive environment for residents and staff
  • Acting as a key point of leadership in the absence of the Home Manager
