We currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex. We have 414 beds having recently opened a brand-new Home in Central Worthing, named The Poets. Each registered home offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours – day and night, for long and short-term stays

Eastridge Manor is a Dementia and Nursing Home in Bolney, Near Haywards Heath.

We are seeking RGN or RMN with experience of working in a managerial or supervisory role within a nursing home setting, this person will need to demonstrate leadership and mentoring skills.

As RGN/RMN Deputy Manager, you will help coordinate the day to day running of the home, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient service

You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the clinical and non-clinical teams in addition to assist with managing budgets and resources.

What the home requires in a Deputy Manager:

  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
  • Experience of working as senior team member, specialising in dementia and nursing care for the elderly and frail.
  • A strong leader, who is able to motivate, lead and support clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a nursing home
  • Financially aware and able to support adherence to budgets
  • Have a passion for delivering superior care and service.

Package:

  • Salary of £53,000 per annum, dependent on experience
