Job summary

Care UK Hollins Park Care Home in Stansted, Essex, is seeking a hands-on clinical deputy manager. You will lead nursing staff, oversee clinical governance and drive high-quality care for residents with complex needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Home Manager and lead nursing and care colleagues in delivering high-quality clinical care.
• Act as the home's nursing expert, combining clinical and managerial duties.
• Focus on residents with complex needs and maintain clinical governance standards.
• Develop and review care plans, conduct walk rounds and audits.
• Provide personalised, centred care with the care team.
