Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead. You will support the General Manager, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
Your role includes audits, supervising clinical practice, and shaping strategies to enhance residents' quality of life. We require an NMC-registered RN/RMN with a teaching/mentoring qualification, plus experience in safeguarding investigations, risk assessment, and budget management.
Competenze
- Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification.
- Experience helping residents with varying health needs.
- Track record managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
- HR experience, sales/marketing knowledge, budget management, and preceptorship support.
Mansioni
- Lead and support in GM's absence, driving care standards and team performance.
- Inspire multidisciplinary teams to optimise residents' quality of life.
- Monitor standards via audits, supervised clinical practice and regulatory checks.
- Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals and improve care.
