- Experience in home or residential care with person-centered support and safeguarding.
- Knowledge of medicine administration and clinical governance.
- Experience with quality improvement, audits, and best-practice implementation.
- Up-to-date NMC registration and continuing professional development.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing and care teams and coordinate clinical practice.
- Ensure care plans are accurate, person-centered and reviewed regularly.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and contribute to audits.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives for safe and effective care.
- Participate in staff recruitment, training and mentoring.
