Time Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager for our client's luxury nursing facility in Northwich.

The group is an innovative, family-run care provider committed to delivering high standards of person-centered care across 30+ homes and services. They are award-winning, ranked in the top 20 care providers nationally, with plans for expansion and professional development opportunities.

The home has 44 beds, providing dementia, elderly, and general nursing care. It has excellent reviews on carehome.co.uk with a score of 9.6 and a Good CQC rating. All shifts are well-staffed, with a team of trained nursing, care, and support staff.

We are looking for an experienced clinical manager to lead the nursing and care team, supported by an excellent, clinical Home Manager who has progressed from Clinical Lead within the company.

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will oversee and maintain high care standards at our facility.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the care team to deliver outstanding care to residents with dementia and elderly needs.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, updating them as needed.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, fostering professional growth and a positive environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and stakeholders for holistic resident care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A valid NMC Pin
  • Experience in Dementia/Elderly Care
