The Clinical Deputy Manager role at Rectory House Nursing Home in Lancing, West Sussex is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership position. The home is a 33-bed residential and nursing facility that has received a 'Good' rating from the CQC and a 9.5 rating on Carehome.co.uk, indicating a high-quality care environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Clinical Manager in delivering excellent, person-centred care to the residents, as well as leading and mentoring the nursing team.
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be an integral part of the leadership team, working closely with the Clinical Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compassionate care to all residents. Your responsibilities will include: overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations, supporting and mentoring the nursing team, liaising with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the home's services. You will be an effective communicator, a strong decision-maker, and a role model for the team, demonstrating the values and principles of Aria Care.
