Highwood Care Home is a modern, purpose-built service offering exceptional Nursing, Dementia, Residential and Respite care. Since opening, we’ve built a strong, close-knit team with zero agency use, outstanding retention, and a shared commitment to excellence. Now, we’re looking for a clinically strong, people-focused Deputy Manager to help lead our 67-bed home with heart and purpose.

What you’ll do:
You’ll take the lead on all clinical matters, mentor a talented team of nurses and carers, and work hand-in-hand with our Home Manager to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. You’ll be a visible leader, a trusted point of contact for families, and a driving force for continuous improvement.
