Cherrybrook Care Home in Bradford is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead the clinical team across two units. The role focuses on high quality, regulated care, governance and person-centred support for residents with complex mental health needs.
You will provide clinical leadership, oversee care planning, medication management and audits, and mentor the nursing and care teams. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday 8am–4pm, with some weekend cover as required.
Cherrybrook Care Home is a large, purpose designed service in Bradford, providing specialist care across two units for 120 residents with complex mental health needs, dementia and challenging behaviours. The home delivers high quality, clinically led care within a structured and supportive environment, combining specialist nursing expertise with a strong focus on dignity, stability and person centred support.
Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) Contract

Role OverviewAs Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Clinical Team and Home Manager, helping to maintain high standards of clinical care, regulatory compliance and person centred support across the service.
This is a senior nursing role with some supernumerary hours, which will be discussed at interview. You will provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care teams, helping to ensure care is delivered safely, effectively and in line with individual needs, best practice and regulatory standards.
You will support clinical governance, care planning, medication management, risk management and quality assurance, while contributing to audits, inspections and continuous improvement. You will also support, mentor and develop the wider team, providing guidance and leadership to help maintain high standards of care.
Working closely with the Home Manager and Clinical Team, you will help oversee the service and provide leadership when required. The role is primarily Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with flexibility and some weekend cover required depending on the needs of the service.
