Clinical Deputy Manager
Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 per annum (dependent on exp)
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Hours: Full-Time

HCR is recruiting for a Clinical Deputy Manager to work in a well-established nursing home with a high reputation for delivering high standards of care

Are you passionate about improving the quality of life and providing exceptional care to your residents? The Clinical Deputy Home Manager will lead, mentor, support, and manage the team to drive excellent care standards.

Clinical Deputy Home Manager Duties:

  • Support the Home Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing care home, ensuring smooth and effective management.
  • Provide clinical support to all staff
  • Conduct monthly clinical audits to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and effectively manage identified risks.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns promptly.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and maintain required documentation.

Clinical Deputy Manager Requirements:
