Job summary

The role partners with Biostatistics, Analytical Data Science, and cross-functional teams to drive data strategy, efficiency, and successful trial deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, life sciences, statistics, informatics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in clinical data management or a related function (or 0–2 with advanced degree)
• Foundational understanding of clinical trial data and the drug development process
• Familiar with clinical data systems (EDC), Excel, and basic query logic
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Critical thinking and willingness to learn
• Effective communicator in team settings
• Respect for cultural differences in a global workplace

Responsibilities

• Support data management activities on clinical studies by generating and interpreting metrics related to CRF review, data entry check review, and query management under supervision
• Apply foundational knowledge of clinical data systems and standards (e.g., CDISC) to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection
• Follow established procedures and use judgment to resolve routine data issues with moderate guidance
• Understand study protocols, data flows, and team objectives to contribute effectively to tasks
• Communicate data issues clearly to internal team members and external vendors
• Share learnings and emerging best practices with peers to support team development
• Apply independent judgment to solve moderately complex data issues and prioritize responsibilities
