Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and validate clinical data programs and applications.
  • Ensure compliance with CDISC SDTM standards for clinical data.
  • Utilize visualization tools such as Spotfire or other similar tools to create insightful data visualizations.
  • Write and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical data needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior programmers.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of data management plans.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues in a timely manner.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years’ hands-on experience in clinical trials or life sciences industry
  • 3+ years’ extensive experience in clinical data programming and Data Visualization using tools such as Python, Spotfire, or similar.
  • Python programming skill is Mandatory.
  • Experience with PySpark, Databricks is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CDISC SDTM standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
