Role Overview

As a Clinical Data Analyst at HealthHero, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Quality and Governance Team, conducting audits, and delivering data-driven insights. You will work independently to meet deadlines, prepare high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders, and support decision-making processes across the organisation. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a proactive approach to administrative support tasks.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    - Clean, organise, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    - Explore and analyse clinical and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
    - Develop and deliver data visualisations, dashboards, and comprehensive reports for various stakeholders.
  • Audits and Compliance
    - Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to CQC, MHRA, and ISO standards (9001, 27001, 13485, and 13131).
    - Provide clear and accurate documentation to support audit processes and compliance requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver insights that align with organisational goals.
    - Present findings and recommendations in clear, concise written and verbal formats.
  • Governance Support
    - Provide administrative support to governance oversight teams, such as the Clinical Governance Board, including scheduling, meeting coordination, note-taking, and documentation.
    - Assist in the preparation of materials and follow-up actions for governance and compliance reviews.
  • Problem Solving and Innovation
    - Identify challenges within workflows and recommend data-driven solutions to improve processes.
    - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance analytical approaches and reporting.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in using all Office 365 products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in creating data visualisations, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in cleaning, preparing, and organising data for analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to explore and interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for report creation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (CQC, MHRA, ISO standards).
  • Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
