Clinical Counselling Psychologist

Session Requirements:

The service operates 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm. Sessions are scheduled between 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, and 4pm-8pm. A minimum of 4 sessions per week is required.

Your Role:

Support customers through education and therapeutic care, focusing on high-quality outcomes. Deliver assessments and interventions via various models, adhere to policies, and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic care with excellent outcomes
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Offer face-to-face, phone, or video consultations
• Follow case management processes and collaborate with teams
• Work within sessional limits and provide referrals
• Deliver wellbeing support, psychoeducation, and training
• Maintain professional standards and attend supervision

Key Skills / Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology (BPS accredited)
• HCPC registration as a Chartered Psychologist
• Experience in adult mental health
• At least 1 year post-qualification experience
• Specialized training and accreditation
• Leadership and management skills

• Teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Drive and responsiveness
