Clinical Counselling Psychologist

Session Requirements:
The service operates 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm. Sessions are scheduled between 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, and 4pm-8pm. A minimum of 4 sessions per week is required.

Your Role:
Support customers through education and therapeutic care, focusing on high-quality outcomes. Deliver assessments and interventions via various models, adhere to policies, and collaborate with teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic care with excellent outcomes
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Offer face-to-face, phone, or video consultations
- Follow case management processes and collaborate with teams
- Work within sessional limits and provide referrals
- Deliver wellbeing support, psychoeducation, and training
- Maintain professional standards and attend supervision
Key Skills / Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology (BPS accredited)
- HCPC registration as a Chartered Psychologist
- Experience in adult mental health
- At least 1 year post-qualification experience
- Specialized training and accreditation
- Leadership and management skills
