We seek a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to work within the psychosis pathway at Barking and Dagenham MHWTs, based at Barking Community Hospital. The role involves onsite work 4-5 days a week, providing assessments and evidence-based interventions for clients with psychosis, including individual, group, and family work. The post involves collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and supervision on psychological approaches.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in evidence-based therapies for psychosis, and willing to work with multidisciplinary teams. The role includes participation in supervision and CPD activities focused on psychosis interventions.
We prioritize effective onboarding, including a comprehensive induction, and offer support through supervision, CPD, and staff wellbeing initiatives. The post attracts a High-Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the salary.
