About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our team at HMP Fosse Way, a category C resettlement prison near Leicester.


Hours

This role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week.


Salary

Annual salary up to £75,000, depending on experience.

What you'll be doing

As a qualified, HCPC-registered Psychologist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering clinical support and oversight to the Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT) through training
  • Undertaking psychological assessments and supporting complex multi-disciplinary formulations
  • Delivering psychological interventions for complex cases
  • Leading 1:1 and group interventions as part of the Trauma Informed 'Making Sense' Programme
  • Providing teaching and training to healthcare and prison staff as needed
  • Contributing to audit, service evaluation, and research activities
